Μπορεί οι κράμπες στη δεξιά γάμπα να προέρχονται από την κήλη στο Ο5Ι1;
Καλησπέρα σας. Πριν ένα χρόνο διαγνώστηκα με κήλη στο ο5ι1. Έκανα φυσικοθεραπεία βελονισμό ασκήσεις πήρα κορτιζόνη και σταδιακά πέρασε ο πόνος στο δεξί ισχίο. Επανήλθαν στα φυσιολογικά. Εδώ και δύο μήνες παθαινω κράμπες στη δεξιά γάμπα. Και κάποιες φορές έχει πρηστεί. Μπορεί να προέρχονται όλα αυτά από την κήλη;;

Εννοείται ότι όλα αυτά προέρχονται από την κήλη η οποία δημιουργεί ισχιαλγία και πόνο στη γάμπα και θα πρέπει Να κάνεις αποσυμπίεση του δικού σου που έχει κήλη σε μηχάνημα αποσυμπίεσης και όλα θα πάνε καλά

Ναι μπορεί.
Αν ανεπαρκει η "τροφοδοσία" του ποδιού από το νεύρο που πιέζεται μπορεί να παθαίνει κράμπες ή/και να κουράζεται πιο γρήγορα
