Διογκωμένη φλέβα στο μέτωπο: Αίτια και ημικρανία σε ηλικία 42 ετών

Είμαι 42 ετών με αρκετές ημικρανίες πονοκέφαλους πίνω πολλούς καφέδες γενικά,δεν καπνίζω πίνω ελάχιστο αλκοόλ. Παρατήρησα στο μέτωπο μου αριστερά φλέβα διογκωμένη και έχω αγχωθει αρκετά... Τι ακριβώς συμβαίνει; Τι μπορεί να είναι; Δεν είχα πριν έντονη δραστηριότητα και η πίεση μου είναι φυσιολογική.
