Ποια είναι η πρόγνωση για καρκίνο με θετικούς υποδοχείς οιστρογόνων και Ki67 80%;
Καλημερα.Ετων 33 ορμονοεξαρτωμενος θετικούς υποδοχής οιστρογόνων και προγεστερόνη 100% χωρίς λεμφαδενες χωρίς μεταστασεις μεher2σκορ ο. αλλα. grade3. καιki67. 80% . Έγινε ρεδ χειρουργείο με υγιή όρια αφαίρεσης ογκου.Ο γονιδιακος ελεγχος αρνητικός. Τοoncotype σκορ. 29βαθμο υποτροπης18% και όφελος από χημειοθεραπεια. μεγαλύτερο απι15%. Θα κάνω 8 χημειοθεραπειες.Πρωτος σχήμα 4 κύκλοι ανα 2 εβδομάδες και δεύτερο σχήμα 4 κύκλοι ανα 3 εβδομαδες.Μετα θα αποφασιστεί αν γίνει ακτινοβολια η μαστεκτομη με ταυτοχρονη αποκατασταση.Θελω πολύ να το παλεψω.Ειναι και η προγνωση?
