Να προχωρήσω σε βιοψία ή επανάληψη υπερήχου με εύρημα BIRADS 3;
Γυναίκα 58 ετών σε εμμηνόπαυση. Ιστορικό αποτιτανωσεων και ινοκυστικης μαστοπαθειας. Μαστογραφία 7/2024 χωρις παθολογικά ευρήματα. Σε πρόσφατο υπέρηχο μαστού εντοπίστηκε σκληρία ως καινούργιο εύρημα στην 10η ώρα δεξιά παραθηλαία, 6χιλ με χαρακτήρες περισσότερο ινοκυστικούς και σύσταση για δειγματοληπτική ιστολογική ταυτοποίηση. BIRADS 3. Μασχαλιαίοι χώροι ελεύθεροι παθολογικών λεμφαδενικών διογκώσεων. Να προχωρήσω σε βιοψία ή να επαναλάβω τον υπέρηχο σε 3μηνο; Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων
