Κατανοείτε τη σημασία μαστογραφίας BI-RADS 4A με ύποπτα ευρήματα;
Είναι 32 ετών με ιστορικό σε καρκίνο του μαστού από τη μητέρα μου (στα 49 της). Έκανε μαστογραφία η οποία αναφέρει ότι βρέθηκαν ύποπτα για κακοήθεια ευρήματα (BI-RADS : 4 Α) και πιο αναλυτικά: Ύποπτο εύρημα: Οζώδης σκίαση με ομάδα συρρεουσών μικροαποτιτανώσεων εντός αυτής ελέγχεται στο κοντά στην αριστερή μασχαλιαία χώρα περιοχή. Ομοίως δύο οζώδεις σκιάσεις αστεροειδούς σχήματος ελέγχονται στο άνω τεταρτημόριο του αριστερού μαστού διαμέτρου 11χιλ. και μία οπισθοθηλαία. Πώς μου προτείνεται να συνεχίσω;;
