Στην 6η ώρα αριστερά παρατηρείται ήπια υπόηχο ελλειψοειδούς σχήματος μόρφωμα ομαλών ορίων και διαμέτρου 7χιλ. ως επί εστιακής αδένωσης – πιθανού μικρού ινοαδενώματος. Ιστορικό αφαίρεσης μορφώματος από την 8η ώρα του δεξιού μαστού περιφερικά και σε σχετικά εν τω βάθει θέση όπου στην σημερινή εξέταση αναδεικνύεται ελλειψοειδούς σχήματος υπόηχο μόρφωμα χωρίς εμφανή εσωτερική αγγείωση και σε άμεση γειτνίαση με γαλακτοφόρους πόρους με διάμετρο της τάξης των 8-9χιλ.
