Καλησπέρα σας, Πριν οχτώ μήνες αφαίρεσα ενδοπορικο θηλωμα περιφερειακού τύπου 0,3 εκ. Η μικροσκοπική εξέταση στον ίδιο μαστό έδειξε σκληρυντικες αδενωσεις με συρρεουσες μικροαποτιτανωσεις, επιθυλιακη υπερπλασία των πόρων. Ινοαδενωματωση, κυλινδρική υπερπλασία,περιπορικη και περιλοβιακη χρόνια φλεγμονή και εστιακή επίπεδη επιθυλιακη ατυπια. Εικόνα κακοήθους εναλλαγής δεν παρατηρήθηκε. Τώρα υποτίθεται ότι πρέπει να κάνω μαστογραφία σε 4 μήνες περίπου δηλαδή ένα έτος μετά το χειρουργείο. Όμως εδώ και κάποιες μέρες έχω διαφανές υγρό στην θηλή που τρέχει πολύ συχνά και μια πίεση στον μαστό. Μήπως πρέπει να κάνω κάποια εξέταση νωρίτερα; Ή να μην ανησυχώ; Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!
