Καλησπέρα σας, η μητέρα μου, ηλικιας 78 ετών, έκανε ψηφιακή μαστογραφία για πρώτη φορά, αναφέρονται τα κάτωθι: Ύπαρξη πολλαπλών οζωδων σκιάσεων & στους στους δυο μαστούς και ανάπτυξη ινώδους συνδετικού ιστού, ως επι ινοκυστικης αλλαγής. Καλοήθους μορφολογίας αποτιτανωσεις ελέγχονται στο άνω τμήμα των μαστών. Περιοχή εντονότερης σκιαγράφησης ελέγχεται στο έσω τμήμα του αριστερού μαστού καθως και σκίαση με κατα τόπους σαφή όρια και διάμετρο 1,5 εκ.ελεγχεται πίσω απο την αριστερή θηλή. Συνίσταται υπερηχογραφικος έλεγχος και κλινική αξιολόγηση. Φυσιολογική απεικόνιση θηκών και δέρματος. Δεν παρατηρούνται διογκωμένοι λεμφαδενες. Bi-rads:0. Εχουμε κλείσει ραντεβού για υπέρηχο, απλως θα εκτιμούσα τη γνώμη σας επι των ανωτερω καθως είμαστε ιδιαίτερα ανησυχες. Ευχαριστώ πολυ
