Καλησπέρα σας. Εχω ογκο στον αριστετο μαδτο 0,9χιλ. Η μαγνητικη μαστων έδειξε επικινδυνοτητα 5. Οι λεμφαδενες στην μαγνητικη και στην ψηλαφιση είναι καθαροί. Στην ταχεια βιοψια ωστόσο 2 βασικοί λεμφαδενες βρέθηκαν θετικοί όπου και αφαιρέθηκαν. Ερωτησεις: 1) Έπρεπε να αφαιρεθούν μόνο οι 2? 2) Υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι θετικοί και άλλοι και να μην φαίνονται? 3) είναι αξιόπιστο η ταχεια βιοψισ τροφου και πως γίνεται η μαγνητικη να μην εντόπισε την μετάσταση? Είχε μέγεθος ρεβυθιου στον έναν και φακής στον αλλο

Πολλές φορές η μαγνητική δεν δείχνει εάν οι λεμφαδένες είναι θετικοί ή όχι. Επειδή έχετε 2 λεμφαδένες θετικούς πρέπει να κάνετε λεμφαδενικό καθαρισμό 1ου επιπέδου.
