Καλημέρα, η μητέρα μου χειρουργήθηκε από κακοήθεια στον αριστερό μαστό πριν 25 χρόνια. Τώρα είναι 79 χρόνων και η μαστογραφία και ο υπέρηχος έδειξαν στον δεξιό μαστό στην 7η ώρα στη θηλή διάταση πόρου με υποηχοικο μόρφωμα εντός αυτού με διακριτή αγγειωση 0,45 εκ ως επί πιθανού ενδοπορικου θηλωματος , ηπιες πορεκτασιες με περιθηλαια διάταξη μέγιστης διαμέτρου 0,59 cm, κατά την 9η ώρα πολυχώρος κυστικός σχηματισμός 1.3χ0.9 με κατά τόπους παχυ τοίχωμα και διαφράγματια και ο δεξιός μασχαλιαιος λεμφαδένας 8 Χιλ με απώλεια του ωοειδούς σχήματος και της ηχογενους πύλης. Η μητέρα μου έχει πόνο στο δεξί χέρι λόγω οστεοαρθρίτιδας. Θα παρακαλούσα να μου προτείνετε τι χρειάζεται να κάνουμε και αν χρειάζεται μαγνητική στήθους εάν θα βγει αποτέλεσμα χωρίς σκιαγραφικο

Καλησπέρα, μαγνητική χωρίς σκιαγραφικό δεν έχει αξία. Θα πρότεινα να κάνετε βιοψία του μορφώματος (θήλωμα;) και του λεμφαδένα στην μασχάλη.
