Γιατί ανέβηκε το ca15-3 από 5 σε 22.64 σε 5 μήνες μετά από ανοσοθεραπεία;
Γεια σας, η μητέρα μου πριν ένα χρόνο αφαίρεσε όγκο από μαστό σε πολύ αρχικό στάδιο χωρίς να έχει προχωρήσει στους λεμφαδένες. Οι εξετάσεις της Αμερικής έδειξαν σχεδόν μηδενική πιθανότητα μετάστασης.. έκανε ακτινοβολίες και τώρα κάνει ανοσοθεραπεια! Στις καθιερωμένες εξετάσεις η ca15-3 πριν πέντε μήνες είχε βγει κοντά στο 5 και τώρα βγήκε 22.64. Μέσα στα φυσιολογικά όρια αλλά γιατί ανέβηκε τόσο πολύ μέσα σε πέντε μήνες?

Καλησπέρα σας. Μάλλον εννοείτε ότι κάνει ορμονοθεραπεια. Η αύξηση του δείκτη από μόνη της δεν λέει τίποτα αν δεν συνεκτιμηθει με τη μαστογραφία και το υπερηχογραφημα μαστων. Αν επιβεβαιωθεί και σε 2η μέτρηση θα πρότεινα να κανει και αξονικες τομογραφίες

Καλησπέρα σας όταν ανεβαίνει ο δείκτης πρέπει να ελέγξουμε για τυχόν μεταστάσεις με ολόσωμη αξονική τομογραφία και εάν είναι αρνητική με PET SCAN.
