Είναι ύποπτη η εστιακή αλλοίωση στη μασχάλη με αγγείωση στον Doppler?
Καλησπέρα σας, Σε υπέρηχο μαλακών μορίων εντοπίστηκε στη μασχαλιαία περιοχή το εξής: «Ελέγχεται σε υποδόρια εντόπιση εστιακή συμπαγής αλλοίωση με σαφή όρια, ωοειδή μορφολογία, ευκίνητη. Είναι μικτής ηχωγένειας κυρίαρχα υποηχωγόνος με υποηχωγόνες μικρές περιοχές κυστικής εκφύλισης και μέγιστες διαμέτρους 30χιλ 29χιλ 12χιλ. Παρουσιάζει κεντρική καθώς και περιφερική αγγείωση στον έγχρωμο Doppler έλεγχο. Δεν έχει ειδικούς ηχωμορφολογικούς χαρακτήρες (δδ μύξωμα;; Περισσότερο απομακρυσμένη θεωρείται εκείνη του λεμφαδένα). Φυσιολογική απεικόνιση του υποδόριου κυτταρολιπώδους ιστού που περιβάλλει την αλλοίωση. Φαίνεται ύποπτο; Μου σύστησε να πάω και σε μαστολόγο και θα πάω την επόμενη εβδομάδα.
