Είναι κακό που μεγάλωσε ο ενδομαστικός λεμφαδένας στον υπέρηχο;
Καλησπέρα είμαι 56 χρονών. Έκανα σήμερα τον ετήσιο έλεγχο μαστογραφίας και υπέρηχο μαστών . Στον υπέρηχο μαστών γράφει στον ΑΡ μαστό στη 2η ώρα περιφερικά επανεκλέγεται ενδομαστικος λεμφαδένας 16,4 Χιλ.με πάχος φλοιού 4,9 Χιλ και με αυξημένη αιματική ροή εύρημα το οποίο χρήζει συμπληρωματικού ελέγχου με μαγνητική μαστών με σκιαγραφικό. Ο συγκεκριμένος ενδομαστικος λεμφαδένας στον περσινό υπέρηχο ήταν 10,2 χιλ.επι 3,6 Χιλ. Δηλαδή έχει μεγαλώσει. Είναι κάτι κακό? Επειδή έκλεισα κατευθείαν ραντεβού αλλά το πρώτο διαθέσιμο για μαγνητική είναι 20 Φεβρουαρίου. Έχω αγχωθει πάρα πολύ.

Συνήθως οι ενδομαστικοί λεμφαδένες είναι αθώοι. Είναι όντως ενδομαστικός λεμφαδένας ή κάτι άλλο; Φαίνεται στην μαστογραφία;
