echo μαστων. ινοαδενικοι μαστοι αμφω. στην 3η ωρα του αριστερου μαστου παρστηρειται υποηχοικο μορφωμα με σαφη ομαλα ορια διαμετρου 0.70 cm και υπερηχοτομογραφικους χαρακτηρες οερισσοτερο συμβατους με ινοαδενωμα. παρατηρουνται επισης ολιγαριθμες κυστεις μαστων ορισμενες με ηχογενες περιεχομενο η μεγσλυτερη διαμετρου 0.82 cm στην 11η ωρα αριστερα. παρατηρουνται ορατοι μη παθολογικα διογκωμενοι μασχαλιαιοι λεμφαδενες. συμπερασμα κατηγορια birads 2. συνισταται κλινικη εκτιμηση και τακτικος ελεγχος. θα ηθελα και την δικη σας εκιτμηση στη διάγνωση γιστρε.σας ευχαριστω. εχουμε στην οικογενεια ιστορικο καρκινου μαστου απο τη μητερα μου.
