Χρειάζεται βιοψία αν το psa είναι σταθερό και το mri έδειξε pirads 3;
Είμαι 43 ετών με psa 4.3 χωρίς κανένα οικογενειακό ιστορικό καρκίνου και ειδικά του προστάτη. Έκανα mri και βγήκε pirads 3 με φλεγμονή από πιθανή παλιά προστατίτιδα. Ο γιατρός βάση της κλινικής μου κατάστασης συναίσθησε να μη γίνει βιοψία και να το ξανακοιτάξουμε το επόμενο εξάμηνο. Θεωρείται ότι η βιοψία επιβάλλεται; Έχω το ίδιο σταθερό psa τα τελευταία 3 χρόνια από 40 ετών περίπου
