Είναι επαρκής η γνωμάτευση πολυπαραμετρικής για προστατίτιδα με περιοχή 6α;
Σας καταθέτω γνωμάτευση πολυπαραμετρικης. Αδενας 51χ42χ43 ογκος 48 ,πυκνοτητα 0,099ng/ml psa 4,78 ορια προστατη σαφη... εκ περιφεριακης ζωνης μικτου σηματος με περιοχες γραμμοειδεις και διαχυτα χαμηλου σηματος επι χρονιων προστατιτιδικων λοιμωξεων.. επισημαινουμε περιοχη 6α με οριακη πτωση adc /αυξηση σηματων διαχυσης και πρωιμηςπροσληψη σκιαγραφικης ουσιας pirad 4 δεν επισημαίνονται περιοχες υποπτες για σημαντική μιτωτικη νοσο μεταβατικη ζωνη χωρις σημεια περιορισμου χωρις εστιακη περιοχη υποτη για μιτωτικη νοσο Εχω απολυτη εμπιστοσυνη στον ουρολογο μου και θα κάνω fusion βιοψια. Το ερώτημα μου ειναι αν η γνωματευση ειναι επαρκης ? Η περιοχη 6α δεν θα πρεπει να εχει και ποσα χιλιοστα ειναι η εστια ? "δεν επισημαινονται περιοχές ύποπτες για μιτωτικη νοσο " ?
