PSA άνοδος μετά την ολική προστατεκτομή: επιλογές και διαγνωστικά βήματα
ΚΑΡΚΙΝΟΣ ΠΡΟΣΤΑΤΗ Καλησπέρα σας, Είμαι 55 χρονών είχα PSA 6,4 και είχα υποβληθεί τον Ιανουάριο σε ρομποτική εγχείρηση ολικής προστατεκτομής. Ευρήματα βιοψίας: Gleason score 8 (4+4) - επιθετικός καρκίνος. Χωρίς μεταστάσεις ή επέκταση έξω από την κάψουλα του προστάτη, T2c. Μετά την εγχείρηση το PSA ήταν τον Μάρτιο 0,04 τον Ιούνιο 0,05 τον Σεπτέμβριο 0,06 και αρχές Δεκεμβρίου 0,11 (11 μήνες μετά). Σημαίνει ότι έχει ενεργοποιηθεί ξανά (Biochemical Recurrence); Να περιμένω να δω αν φτάσει το PSA στο 0,2 ; Να κάνω άμεσα PSMA pt scan; Θα δείξει κάτι σε τόσο μικρό PSA; Να υποβληθώ προληπτικά σε τοπική ακτινοβολία πυελικής περιοχής (RT salvage); Τι επιλογές υπάρχουν; Θα ήθελα την γνώμη σας και την εμειρία σας στο θέμα, ώστε να ξέρω τις διαφορετικές επιλογές.
