PSA 2,3 και Pi Rads 3 μετά από εστιακή φωτό εξάχνωση προστάτη - είναι θετικό;

Καλησπέρα. Ο σύζυγός μου, 51 έκανε πολυπαραμετρική προστάτη γιατί πέρυσι είχε κάνει εστιακή φωτό εξάχνωση για πολύ μικρό μη επιθετικό όγκο στον προστάτη. Το PSA είναι 2,3 και ο προστάτης 20cc . Το αποτέλεσμα δείχνει μια περιοχή χαμηλής έντασης Τ2 στην έξω οπίσθια περιφερική ζώνη στην μεσότητα αριστερά η οποία αξιολογείται ως μη ειδική Pi Rads 3. Όταν πριν ένα χρόνο είχε θέμα το PSA ήταν 6,4 ενώ τώρα είναι 2,3. Είναι ένδειξη θετικότητας;
