Είναι ανησυχητικό το αποτέλεσμα PSA 4,94 με υπερμεγέθη προστάτη και αποτιτανώσεις;
Ο άνδρας μου, 57 χρόνων, είχε πρόβλημα ούρησης το πρωί. Έκανε υπέρηχο προστατη που έδειξε προστατη 77κκ με διαστάσεις 5,5χ4,7χ5,5 με αποτιτανωσεις στο παρεγψυμα και μόλις υποσημαινενη ενδοκυστικη προβολή. Το Psa είναι 4,94 και η εξέταση του γιατρού έδειξε υποσκληρος αμφω. Σήμερα θα κάνει παραμετρική. Πόσο ανησυχητικά είναι όλα αυτά;
