Μπορεί να γίνει bypass ουρητήρα με αφαίρεση λόγω κακοήθειας;
Καλησπέρα σας,η μητέρα μου είναι νεφροπάθης ωστόσο δεν κάνει αιμοκάθαρση.εχει ένα νεφρό με 70% λειτουργία κ ένα με 30%.ο λειτουργικός νεφρός έχει διαταση και απόφραξη ουρητήρα οφειλόμενη σε κακοήθεια.εναν κάνουμε αφαίρεση του ουρητήρα κ μέρους της ουροδόχου κύστης γίνεται κάπως bypass με τον άλλο ουρητήρα;

Άρχικά θα χρειαστεί νεφροστομια, Κατόπιν ανάλογα με το είδος του προβλήματος αποφασιστεί η κατάλληλη μέθοδος αντιμετώπισης

Καλησπέρα σας η μητέρα δεν λέγεται Νεφροπαθής από την στιγμή που έχει εν μέρει λειτουργία.Δεν γνωρίζω τις τιμές ουρίας και κρεατινινης,επίσης από την στιγμή που υπάρχει κακοήθεια πολύ πιθανόν να χρειαστεί πιο εκτεταμένη αφαίρεση,δεν έχω εικόνα,δεν μου γράφετε που βρίσκεται ο όγκος,μιλήστε με ογκολόγο και με τις οδηγίες του ίσως χρειαστεί και νεφρεκτομη και τότε θα χρειαστεί σίγουρα Νεφρολογο.Εύχομαι τα καλύτερα.καλή επιτυχία.Ευχαριστώ πολύ
