Αγχος για κύστη νεφρού 1,9 εκ.: καλοήθης ή καρκίνος;
Καλησπέρα σας...έχω αγχωθει υπερβολικά με μια κύστη νεφρού...έκανα μαγνητική και αναφερει στο φλοιό μεσότητας αριστερού νεφρού αναδεικνύεται ο ωοειδούς μορφολογίας αλλοίωση μέγιστης διαμέτρου 1,9 εκατοστά με σχεδόν ομοιογενώς ιδιαίτερα υψηλό μαγνητικό σήμα στις Τ1 ακολουθίες και αντιστοίχως χαμηλό στις Τ2 χωρίς εμφανή σημεία εμπλουτισμού μετά την ενδοφλέβια έγχυση παραμαγνητική ουσίας με την αλλοίωση να δύναται πρωτίστως να αποδοθεί σε κύστη μεθεμοραγικό ή πρωτεϊνικό περιεχόμενο.. Τι είναι αυτή η κύστη??έχω πάει σε 4 γιατρούς ..οι ακτινολόγοι λένε να την παρακολουθείς σπάνια γίνεται καρκίνος..ο ουρολόγος ότι είναι 2 f 10% πιθανότητα καρκίνου..και ο τελευταίος με έστειλε αρον αρον για πολύπαραμετρική νεφρών και περιμένω τα αποτελέσματα με τρόμο μου είπε με άλλα λόγια ότι είναι καρκίνος

Καλημέρα σας,συνήθως αυτή η αλλοίωση που έχετε είναι συνήθως καλοήθη ,αλλά συμφωνώ με τον συνάδελφο τον Ουρολόγο που θέλει να είναι 100% σίγουρος για το είδος της αλλοίωσης.Κατα την γνώμη μου να την κάνετε την εξέταση.Καλη επιτυχία και καλά αποτελέσματα.Ευχαριστώ πολύ

Συνήθως οι κύστες αυτές αφαιρούνται όταν περάσουν τα 10 100ά και το υγρό που έχουν μέσα γίνει θολερό
