Είναι φυσιολογικό να ανεβάσει πυρετό 38,5-39 μετά από 3 μέρες αντιβίωσης για στρεπτόκοκκο;

Καλησπέρα σας Μετά από κρούσματα στο σχολείο του μικρού μας(5,5 ετών) κάναμε στρεπ τεστ και αφού βγήκε θετικό ξεκινήσαμε αντιβίωση(πάντα μετά από τις οδηγίες του γιατρού). Ενώ στην αρχή δεν είχε σχεδόν καθόλου συμπτώματα, 3 μέρες μετά την έναρξη της αντιβίωσης ο μικρός ανέβασε πυρετό 38,5-39. Θεωρείται φυσιολογικό ένω έχει ξεκινήσει την αντιβίωση, ξαφνικά να ανεβάσει πυρετό? Πρέπει να προσέξουμε κάτι άλλο?
