Φοβάμαι να δώσω Ταμίφλου για γρίπη Β σε 8χρονη κόρη. Τι να κάνω;
Καλησπερα σας. Η κόρη μου, 8 ετών, από την Τριτη έχει γρίπη Β, με πολυ πυρετο, (φτάνει ως 39.5). Συνοδα συμπτώματα είναι μπουκωμένη μύτη και λίγος παραγωγικος βήχας. Χθες που επισκεφτήκαμε την παιδιατρο, μου προτεινε τη χρήση Ταμιφλου. Εγώ όμως φοβάμαι να το δώσω. Σήμερα είναι η τελευταία μέρα που μπορώ να το δώσω. Πυρετο κάνει περιπου κάθε 4 -5 ώρες και για αρκετή ώρα από τη λήψη του αντιπυρετικου, δεν πεφτει γρήγορα, αντιθέτως ανεβαίνει λίγο παραπανω πριν αρχίσει να πεφτει. Τι μου προτείνετε?

Μετά 3 24ωρα δεν έχει νοημα. Και στα δύο 24ωρα από την έναρξη, οριακό όφελος.
