Επιπλοκές από καθυστερημένη αντιβίωση για στρεπτόκοκκο σε παιδί 6 ετών?
Η κόρη μου 6 ετών ανέβασε πυρετό Σάββατο μέχρι 38.1 ανά 5 ωρες, Κυριακή όλη μερα μόνο μια φορά. Δευτέρα Τρίτη Τετάρτη απυρετη και Πέμπτη πρηστηκε αρκετά ο δεξιά λεμφαδενας στο λαιμο,πίσω από το αυτί της και ξανά ανέβασε πυρετο μέχρι 38. Την πήγα για strep test στο μικροβιολογικο και βγήκε θετική. Ο παιδίατρος μας έδωσε αμέσως αντιβίωση την ακουμεντιν. Το παιδι μόλις έλαβε την αντιβίωση δεν ξανα ανεβασε πυρετό. Θέλω να ρωτήσω εάν ήταν στρεπτοκοκος από το Σάββατο που ανέβασε πυρετο υπάρχει περίπτωση να έχουμε κάποια επιπλοκη επειδή πέρασαν πολλά 24ωρα μέχρι να δοθεί η αντιβίωση? Το παιδι είναι μια χαρά ευδιάθετο.

Όχι, το πρώτο εμπυρετο επεισόδιο δεν ήταν από τον στρεπτόκοκκο.

Χαίρετε, οφείλετε να συνεχίσετε την αγωγή με augmentin. Θα μπορούσε το Σάββατο και πιο πριν να είχε ίωση στην προσπάθεια αντιμετώπισης πέφτει η άμυνα και ο στρεπτόκοκκος προκάλεσε λοίμωξη. Θα μπορούσε όμως και από το Σάββατο να ήταν ο στρεπτόκοκκος που προκαλεί το εμπυρετο, η μικρή κάπου το αντιμετωπίζει, κάπου ύφεση καλώς που κάνατε τεστ και σας έδωσε ο συνάδελφος αντιβίωση. Περαστικά στην μικρή!
