Έχω αιμορραγίες εδώ και λίγους μήνες από ένα ινομύωμα 6 εκ. Τι είναι καλύτερα η υστερεκτομή ή να παίρνω τα azeptil μέχρι να έρθει έμμηνοπαυση αφού είμαι 49 χρονών;

Καλησπέρα σας. Δε νομίζω οτι θα ήταν σωστή η λύση της αναμονής γιατί πολύ απλά δεν γνωρίζεται πότε ακριβώς θα μπείτε στην εμμηνόπαυση. Μια λαπαροσκοπική επέμβαση (ινομυωματεκτομή ή υστερεκτομή) είναι μια πολύ αποτελεσματική μέθοδος με γρήγορη ανάρρωση και λιγότερη ταλαιπωρία για εσάς. Προφανώς τα παραπάνω είναι γενικές συμβουλές αφού δεν σας έχω εξετάσει ο ίδιος κ δεν γνωρίζω το ακριβές ιστορικό σας.
