Η εξέταση μαγνητική γράφει:παρατηρείται κατάληψη του δεξιού πλαγίου σφηνοειδής κόλπου από παχυβλεννογονιτιδικέςαλλοιωσεις και εκκρίσεις.Συνυπάρχουν κύστεις εκ καρακρατήσεως κα παχύβλεννογονιτικές αλλοιώσεις στο αριστερό ιγμόρειο άντρο. Τι σημαίνει?
