Πώς να μειώσω πίεση στο μάτι με γλαύκωμα και καταρράκτη μετά από λέιζερ;
Εχω Γλαυκωμα στο αριστερο ματι. Εκανα καταρακτη με λειζερ την τεταρτη μου αλλαξε την αγωγη αλλα η πιεση ειναι κοντα στο τριαντα (30). Οι σταγωνες που ριχνω ειναι τρεις οι πιο καταλληλες λεει ο γιατρος και προτεινει χειρουργικη επεμβαση. Τι μου προτεινετε

Γεια σας, αν είχατε θέματα με την πίεση πριν την επέμβαση καταρράκτη και τώρα έχει αυξηθεί η πίεση πιθανώς να έχετε μία αντίδραση στις στεροειδείς σταγόνες που χρειάζονται μετά την επέμβαση καταρράκτη. Συνήθως αυτό υποχωρεί με επιπρόσθετη φαρμακευτική θεραπεία είτε με σταγόνες είτε με χάπια από το στόμα (ακεταζολαμίδη).

Η πίεση 30 είναι πολυ πάνω από το κανονικό . Απο τη στιγμή που ήδη παίρνετε την μέγιστη τοπική θεραπεία με σταγόνες και δεν πέφτει επιπλέον η πιο σωστή λύση είναι η χειρουργική επέμβαση
