Γλαύκωμα ανοικτής γωνίας: Τι μέτρα προστασίας μετά τη διάγνωση;
Καλησπέρα,διεγνωσθει σε τυχαίο έλεγχο προ 6 εβδομάδων ότι πάσχω από γλαυκωμα ανοικτής γωνίας και ξεκίνησα άμεσα κολλύρια λατανοπροστ/τιμολολη βράδυ και μεσημέρι ΟK12 Για την προστασία οπτικού νεύρου η πίεση από το 23 έπεσε στο 13.Η παχύμέτρια βγήκε 555 και στα δύο μάτια αλλά δυστυχώς απο το αριστερό μάτι χάθηκε το 14% της όρασης στην εξέταση των Οπτ.Πεδιων..Το δημόσιο νσκ που εξετασθει για Oct Παχύμέτρια και Οπτ πεδια μου έδωσε να κάνω επιπλέον Μανγητικη Κογχων και τριπλεξ καρωτίδων και επανελεγχο τέλη Μαρτίου 2025..Εχω φοβηθεί πάρα πολύ μην χάσω το φως μου είμαι 37 στα 38. Από εδώ και πέρα τι γίνεται σταματάνε τα κολλύρια το γλαυκωμα η θα έχω επιδείνωση..Κοπηκαν τα φτερά μου και τα όνειρα. Δυστυχώς είναι κληρονόμικο το έχει η μητέρα μου,δίχως απώλεια όρασης ευτυχώς..

Ολα θα πανε καλα εαν βαζετε τα κολλυρια (χρόνια χρηση)και εξετάζεστε τακτικά συμφωνα με τις υποδείξεις των γιατρών

Τα κολλυρια τα συνεχίζεται.
Παρακολουθείτε συχνά την ενδοφθαλμιο πίεση των ματιών σας.
Θα κάνετε και όλο τον έλεγχο για γλαύκωμα κάθε 6 με 8 μήνες.
