Έχω γλαύκωμα και αλλοιώσεις RNFL. Έχω χάσει ήδη όραση;
Γεια σας, έκανα εξέταση για γλαύκωμα και ο οφθαλμίατρος μου έδωσε σταγόνες. Παρόλο που με καθησύχασε, δεν μου έδωσε αρκετές εξηγήσεις. Στις εξετάσεις που μου έστειλε γράφει "RNFL αρχόμενες αλλοιώσεις", "DDLS Right Stage 4 (0.1 to 0.19) Left Stage 5 (less than 0.1)", "CCT- 640" και "Τόνος Δ.Ο. 23, Α.Ο. 25". Υπάρχει περίπτωση να έχω χάσει ήδη όραση;

Εαν γραφει αρχομενες αλλοιωσεις υπαρχει καποια βλαβη.Απο την αλλη εαν συνοδεύεται και από κλινικα ευρηματα θα φανεί με την εξέταση των οπτικών πεδίων

Τις σταγόνες τις λάβατε λόγω της έντονης Ενδοφθάλμιας Πίεσης (23 & 25 αντιστοίχως), ως προς τα στάδια κοίλανσης οπτικού νεύρου είστε σε πολύ αρχικό στάδιο & τυχερός που βρέθηκε τόσο νωρίς υψηλή Ε.Ο.Π χωρίς αλλοιώσεις

Δεν κάνατε την σημαντικότερη των εξετάσεων οπτικά πεδία αυτόματης περιμετριας . Εξέταση που μας καθοδηγεί στην σωστή φαρμακευτική αγωγή αν και εφόσον χρειάζεται .
