Χαμηλή ΑΜΗ 0,2 και φυσιολογικές άλλες ορμόνες δείχνουν ωοθηκική ανεπάρκεια?
Μια χαμηλή ΑΜΗ 0,2 με τις υπόλοιπες ορμόνες φυσιολογικές είναι ένδειξη πρόωρης ωοθηκικης ανεπάρκειας? Ευχαριστώ πολύ.

Καλησπέρα σας. Μια χαμηλή ΑΜΗ δείχνει μειωμένο απόθεμα ωαρίων, αλλά από μόνη της δεν αρκεί για να διαγνωστεί πρόωρη ωοθηκική ανεπάρκεια, ειδικά αν έχετε τακτικό κύκλο. Υπάρχουν και άλλοι παράγοντες που πρέπει να ληφθούν υπόψη, όπως η ηλικία, το ιστορικό σας, τα υπερηχογραφικά ευρήματα (αν υπάρχει ικανοποιητικός αριθμός ωοθυλακίων στις ωοθήκες), καθώς και τα επίπεδα άλλων ορμονών.
