Τι να κάνω αν εμφανίσω έρπη στα γεννητικά όργανα κατά την κύηση;
Γεια σας, κατά καιρούς - όχι πολύ συχνά - εμφανίζω έρπη στα γεννητικά όργανα, ιδίως όταν είμαι κουρασμένη ή έχω περάσει περιόδους άγχους. Φοβάμαι πολύ για το όταν μείνω έγκυος και έχω πάλι κάποια τέτοια έξαρση. Τι θα πρέπει να προσέξω και τι θα πρέπει να κάνω όταν έχω έρπη κατά τη διάρκεια της κύησης; Ευχαριστώ πολύ

Καλησπέρα σας. Ο έρπης των γεννητικών οργάνων μπορεί, όπως καλά ξέρετε να επανεμφανίζεται, ειδικά σε περιόδους άγχους ή καταπόνησης.
Κατά την εγκυμοσύνη, δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα αν οι εξάρσεις είναι γνωστές. Αυτό που προσέχουμε είναι αν υπάρχει ενεργή βλάβη κοντά στον τοκετό, γιατί τότε μπορεί να χρειαστεί καισαρική για την ασφάλεια του μωρού.
Σε αρκετές περιπτώσεις, δίνουμε προληπτική αγωγή για να μειωθεί ο κίνδυνος εξάρσεων μέχρι τον τοκετό. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω κ στο ελάχιστο.

Ο έρπης επηρεάζει μόνο τον τρόπο τοκετού. Αν έχει υποτροπή κατά τις ημέρες του τοκετού πρέπει να γίνει καισαρικη. Διαφορετικά γίνεται φυσιολογικός τοκετος.
