Στην αξονική γράφει. Το ήπαρ απεικονίζεται με αυξημένες διαστάσεις (κεφαλουραία διάμετρος δεξιού ηπατικού λοβού 19 εκ.). Είναι ομαλό το περίγραμμά του.Δεν διακρίνονται επιπρόσθετες εστιακές αλλοιώσεις εκ του ήπατος. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι καρκινος; Τι άλλο μπορει να είναι;
