Είναι ανησυχητική η φλοίικη κύστη 2 cm με αιμορραγικά στοιχεία στον αριστερό νεφρό;
Σε τυχαία μαγνητική για την μέση βρέθηκε στον φίλο μου φλοίικη κύστη στην περιφέρεια του κάτω πόλου αριστερού νεφρού. 2 cm με παρουσία περιορισμένης έκτασης αιμοραγικων στοιχειων. Είναι κάτι ανησυχητικό?

Καλησπέρα σας, η μαγνητική πρέπει να χαρακτηρίζει τον τύπο της φλοιικης κύστης κατά Bosniak. Καλό θα ήταν να επισκεφθείτε ένα ουρολόγο. Κάποιες κυστες απλά τις παρακολουθουμε καποιες άλλες πρέπει να αφαιρεθούν.
