Hello, I am a 33 year old, Male about 5/6 months ago I started to go to urinate more frequently at night, sometimes have difficulty starting to urinate, before going to bed I feel like I need to pee more, like my bladder is not empty. I also have foamy urine. I did some bloodwork to check on my kidneys and everything is okay. Can this be my prostate ? What do you recommend doing ? Thanks in advance :)

I (male) have long term stress from walking active 30kl dog for 11 years, with frequent aches and pains in left arm and tingling hand with long-time swollen finger I now have a swollen lymph gland at left breast. Could the former cause the latter? Thanks.
