Πόνος στην κάτω αριστερή μέση όταν κινείστε: Αιτίες και Θεραπεία
Εδώ και λίγες μέρες έχω πόνο στην μέση κάτω αριστερά ο οποίος σε συγκεκριμένες κινήσεις πχ να βάλω παπούτσια, να κάτσω στο αυτοκίνητο, να σηκωθώ από το κρεβάτι το πρωί κλπ είναι ανυπόφορος. Όταν όμως ξεκινήσω και κινούμαι νιώθω κάπως καλύτερα. Τι μπορεί να φταίει και πως μπορώ να βελτιώσω η θεραπεύσω. Ευχαριστώ
