Η εκτίμηση της ΠΗΤ στην αυχενική διαφάνεια είναι ακριβής;

Να ρωτήσω η εκτίμηση της Πητ γίνεται κυρίως στην αυχενική διαφάνεια;εγώ είχα Πητ 24/12/2023, η καισαρική εγινε 17/12/2023 στις 39 βδομάδες .,μια βδομάδα νωρίτερα.Απλα προβληματίζομαι μήπως η Πητ δεν ήταν ακριβής,οπότε η πραγματική ημερομηνία τοκετού να ήταν πολύ αργότερα .Έχει συμβεί αυτό;επίσης η καισαρική μπορεί να δημιουργήσει μακροπρόθεσμα προβλήματα στο βρέφος;είναι προτιμότερο να σπάνε τα νερά και να γίνεται μετά η καισαρική;

  • Η εκτίμηση της ΠΗΤ γίνεται πάντα στον υπέρηχο αυχενικής διαφάνειας. Η καισαρική δεν έχει μακροπρόθεσμα προβλήματα για το βρέφος. Κάθε καισαρική γίνεται για κάποιο λόγο. Η προγραμματισμένες καισαρικές δεν προϋποθέτουν να έχει γίνει ρήξη των υμένων.
