Υπερηχογράφημα θυρεοειδούς: Αντιδραστικοί διογκωμένοι τραχηλικοί λεμφαδένες και πόνος στο λαιμό
Καλησπέρα, τυχαία σε έναν υπέρηχο για θυροειδή μου είπαν πως έχω αντιδραστικού τύπου διογκωμένους τραχηλικούς λεμφαδένες. 1,1 cm και 1,46 cm. Απευθύνθηκα σε παθολόγο και μου είπε δεν υπάρχει ανησυχία με την εικόνα από τις εξετάσεις αίματος. Και να πάω για έναν επανέλεγχο σε 3 μήνες. Πέρασα πριν 1μιση μήνα μια ίωση και μου είπαν πως οφείλεται σε αυτό. Υπάρχει λόγος ανησυχίας για κάτι άλλο? Πιάνω ένα μπαλάκι κάτω από το λαιμό που δεν το είχα αντιληφθεί και όταν το πιάνω τώρα με πονάει.

Είναι πολύ μικροί οι λεμφαδένες αφενός και αφετέρου τους χαρακτηρίζει ως αντιδραστικου τύπου. Μπορεί να οφείλεται στην ίωση που πέρασες. Δεν υπάρχει λόγος ανησυχίας. Κάνε ένα επανέλεγχο σε μερικούς μήνες για επιβεβαίωση.
