Καλησπέρα σας. Ο πατέρας μου είναι 58 χρονών και εμφάνισε πονο κάτω από τα πλευρα. Στη συνέχεια παρατηρήσαμε ότι έχει ένα σαν εξογκωμα στο πίσω μέρος στα πλευρα αριστερά. Ο πονος μεταφέρθηκε εκεί και ήταν και ευαίσθητο στο άγγιγμα. Πήγε στον παθολογο μας και του έγραψε ακτινογραφια θωρακος και βγηκε καθαρή. Δεν έγραψε κάποια άλλη εξεταση. Πριν ενάμιση χρόνο είχε κάνει ετήσιο τσεκ απ και ήταν όλα οκ. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι καρκινος, πρωτοπαθης ή μετάσταση; δεν έχει κάποιο άλλο συμπτωμα.

Αν είχε εξόγκωμα θα μπορούσε καταρχήν να γινει ένας υπέρηχος μαλακών μορίων για να δούμε τι ακριβώς ειναι αυτο το εξόγκωμα.
