Έχω άσπρο έκζεμα στο πέος που πονάει και σκίζεται - Τι να κάνω;

Καλησπέρα σας. Έχω εσωτερικά στο πέος μου, μέσα στο πετσάκι και πάνω στην ένωση με το κεφάλι, άσπρο έκζεμα, σαν κάψιμο. Όταν έχω στύση δεν πάει πίσω σχεδόν καθόλου και πονάει πολύ αν προσπαθήσω να το πάω. Κάποιες φορές έχει τύχει αυτό το έκζεμα να σκιστεί, σαν κόψιμο και να πονάω για κάποιες μέρες και χωρίς στύση, μέχρι να επουλωθεί. Τι πιστεύετε ότι πρέπει να κάνω; Σας ευχαριστώ.
