Πρησμένο και επίπονο σπυράκι στο δεξί μικρό χείλος του αιδοίου με τσούξιμο στην ούρηση

Καλησπέρα, έχω βγάλει εδώ και 3 μέρες ένα σαν σπυράκι στο δεξί μικρό χείλος του αιδοίου και ενώ ξεκίνησε μικρό πλέον έχει μεγαλώσει, έχει πρηστεί και είναι πολύ επίπονο όταν κάθομαι ή κινούμαι. Μόνο στο σημείο που είναι το σπυράκι πονάει όταν το πιάνω όχι σε όλο το χείλος. Κατά την ούρηση τσούζει πάρα πολύ. Χθες είχα και δέκατα δεν ξέρω αν παίζει ρόλο.
