Τι είναι η παρακαλυκική κύστη 4,4 εκ. στον αριστερό νεφρό με αιματουρία;

Καλησπέρα. Είχα κολικό νεφρών με αιματουρία. Στον υπέρηχο βρήκαν παρακαλυκικη κύστη διαμέτρου 4,4 εκ.στον κάτω πόλο του αριστερού νεφρού. Τι ακριβώς είναι? Ευχαριστώ πολύ.

  • Καλησπέρα σας, οι παρακαλυκικες κυστες είναι συνήθως ασυμπτωτικες και τις ανακαλυπτουμε τυχαία. Εσείς την ανακαλύψατε λόγω του κολικού στο υπέρηχο. Από την στιγμή που κάνετε κολικο νεφρού καλό θα ήταν να σας βλέπει Νεφρολογος,πιθανόν είχατε κάποιο λίθο που σας έκανε τον κολικο όπως και να έχει πρέπει να βρεθεί η αιτία του κολικου και να παρακολουθητε την κύστη.
