Πόνος στη χαμηλή δεξιά μέση και ισχίο σε γυναίκα 20 ετών που σηκώνει βάρη
Καλησπέρα, είμαι 20 χρονων γυναίκα σηκώνω βάρη στο γυμναστήριο και εδώ και κάποιες μέρες νιώθω αρκετό πόνο στην χαμηλή δεξια πλευρά στην μέση μου .Με ενοχλεί επίσης όταν κάθομαι και ίσως καμία φορά όταν περπατάω . Νιώθω επίσης πόνο μπροστά στο ισχίο , παρόμοιο με τον πόνο της περιόδου ενώ δεν είμαι στις μέρες μου . θα έπρεπε να ανησυχώ ;

Αλλάξτε λίγο το πρόγραμμα στο γυμναστήριο κ πάρτε λίγες μέρες ένα αναλγητικό ή αντιφλεγμονώδες.
