Πώς να αντιμετωπίσω συχνές κρίσεις πανικού και άγχος στα 25 μου χρόνια;

Γειά σας. Είμαι 25 χρόνων (κοπέλα) και παθαίνω συχνές κρίσεις πανικού. Νιώθω έντονη ανησυχία και άγχος καθόλη την διάρκεια της ημέρας. Παθαίνω κρίσεις παντού πλέον, στο σούπερ μάρκετ, στο κομμωτήριο, σε καφετέριες, με αποτέλεσμα να μην βγαίνω πλέον απ το σπίτι μου. Είναι πλέον το πιο ασφαλές μου μέρος. Επίσης λόγω του έντονου άγχους έχω θέματα με το στομάχι μου και πηγαίνω συχνά τουαλέτα. Τι μπορώ να κάνω παρακαλώ; Θέλω πίσω την καθημερινότητα μου.
