Το Niflamol (συνδυασμός νιφλουμικού οξέος και παρακεταμόλης) είναι αντιφλεγμονώδες και αναλγητικό, και ανήκει στα ΜΣΑΦ (μη στεροειδή αντιφλεγμονώδη φάρμακα).

Μπορεί να ανεβάσει την πίεση;
Ναι, ενδέχεται.
Όπως και τα περισσότερα ΜΣΑΦ, το Niflamol μπορεί να προκαλέσει ήπια αύξηση της αρτηριακής πίεσης, ιδιαίτερα σε:
• Άτομα με υπέρταση
• Άτομα που παίρνουν αντιυπερτασικά
• Άτομα με καρδιολογικά προβλήματα ή νεφρική δυσλειτουργία
Η παρακεταμόλη από μόνη της δεν ανεβάζει την πίεση, αλλά το νιφλουμικό οξύ μπορεί να επηρεάσει τη νεφρική λειτουργία και την κατακράτηση υγρών, που με τη σειρά το...υς μπορούν να αυξήσουν την πίεση.

Τι να κάνεις αν έχεις πίεση:
• Αν έχεις ιστορικό υπέρτασης, καλό είναι να συμβουλευτείς γιατρό πριν πάρεις Niflamol.
• Αν το έχεις ήδη πάρει, παρακολούθησε την πίεσή σου για 1-2 μέρες.
• Αν παρατηρήσεις αύξηση της πίεσης, κατακράτηση υγρών, πονοκέφαλο ή δυσφορία, ενημέρωσε τον γιατρό σου.
