Μπορώ να καθυστερήσω λαπαροσκοπική ενδοσκόπηση για πολυποειδές μόρφωμα άντρου;
Μικρό πολυποειδες μόρφωμα άντρου πιθανώς υποβλεννογονιο διαμέτρου μικρότερης του 1cm.Μου συνέστησαν λαπαροσκοπική ενδοσκόπηση. Μπορώ να το καθυστερήσω για 10 μέρες περίπου ή πρέπει άμεσα; Ο γιατρός είναι καθησυχαστικος. Ευχαριστώ

Μήπως εννοείτε ενδοσκοπικό υπέρηχο ; Ο πλέον κατάλληλος να σας απαντήσει είναι ο συνάδελφος που έκανε την γαστροσκόπηση. Σαν γενικό πλαίσιο για αναβολή θα σας έλεγα : μερικές μέρες ναι, μερικούς μήνες όχι.

Μικρό (<1cm) πολυποειδές μόρφωμα πιθανόν υποβλεννογόνιο δεν χρειάζεται επέμβαση.
Αν είναι ανησυχητικό (η εντύπωση που δίνει στον γαστρεντερολόγο) κάνουμε ενδοσκοπικό υπέρηχο για να δούμε ακριβώς τι είναι και μετά αποφασίζουμε για επέμβαση ή όχι αλλά και το είδος της επέμβασης (συχνά αφαιρούνται με γαστροσκόπηση).
