Κάθε πότε να κάνει η μητέρα μου γαστροσκόπηση έχει διαφραφματοκηλη έκανε πριν 2.5 χρόνια μόνο διαφραφματοκηλη

Εξαρτάται από τα συμπτώματα της.

Εάν είχαν ληφθεί βιοψίες από το στομάχι και δεν υπήρχαν ευρήματα σε αυτές και εάν η διαφραγματοκήλη ήταν το μόνο εύρημα της εξέτασης (πράγμα λίγο σπάνιο) τότε δεν χρειάζεται τακτική επανάληψη (εκτός αν υπάρξουν νέα ή πιο έντονα συμπτώματα).

Δεν είναι η ύπαρξη της διαφραγματοκήλης αλλά το μέγεθος αυτής και τα ΕΥΡΗΜΑΤΑ επί του οισοφάγου (και του στομάχου) και η κλινική κατάσταση και ιστορικό της ασθενούς που επηρεάζεουν την παρακολούθηση... (ήτοι, όλα όσα δεν μπορείτε να παρουσιάσετε σε μήνυμα αλλ'α ΜΟΝΟΝ σε εκ του σύνεγγυς εξέταση)
