Έλκος και ελικοβακτηρίδιο: Θεραπεία και επανεμφάνιση καούρας, ανησυχίες
Έχω κάνει γαστροσκόπηση και έδειξε έλκος και ελικοβακτηριδιο...έκανα θεραπεία με αντιβίωση και χάπια για το στομάχι ..τα σταμάτησα όλα 28 Δεκέμβρη και τώρα περιμένω ένα μήνα για να κάνω τεστ εκπνοης ...μερικές φορές έχω καούρα τη νύχτα υπάρχει περίπτωση να μην μου έχει περάσει το μικρόβιο ? Το έλκος πότε θεραπεύεται ?

Η πιθανότητα αποτυχίας της θεραπειας είναι 5-10% αναλόγως την θεραπεία που κάνατε.
Για το έλκος η απάντησ είναι πιο δύσκολη - θα πρέπει να ξέρω πολλά ακόμα πράγματα για να απαντήσω (ακόμα και αν καπνίζετε). Η καούρα είναι άσχετη με αυτά, λογικά είναι παλινδρόμηση.

Αγαπητέ ασθενή, ναι, υπάρχει - πιο σπάνια - περίπτωση το μικρόβιο να έιναι ανθεκτικό στις αντιιβώσεις που λάβατε (τις οοίες ΔΕν γνωρίζουμε εμείς που ουδέποτε σας συναντήσαμε) και να συνεχίσει να ζει στο στομάχι σας.
