Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)

Μπορεί η λογοθεραπεία να βοηθήσει στη δυσκολία κατάποσης λόγω γαστροοισοφαγικής παλινδρόμησης;

Καλησπερα και ευχαριστω εκ των προτερων για τον χρονο σας. Εχω διαγνωστει εδω και 11 χρονια με γαστροοισοφαγικη παλινδρομηση, υπαρχει στενωση ψηλα (40cm απο τον οδοντικο φραγμο) στον οισοφαγο και διενεργουνται διαστολες στην περιοχη καθε χρονο. Παιρνω και laprazole σταθερα επι χρονια. Σχετικα με τις τροφες, τη δυσκολια καταποσης και την απωλεια βαρους υπαρχει περιπτωση να βοηθησει προγραμμα λογοθεραπειας; Ή θα πρεπει να το κοιταξω αλλου ( αν υπαρχει και παρομοιο περιστατικο για να μαθω πως αντιμετωπιστηκε θα το εκτιμουσα)

    Σε ασθενείς που υποτροπιάζουν οι στενώσεις υπάρχουν κάποιες τεχνικές που εφαρμόζουμε στις ενδοσκοπήσεις.
