Πρέπει να ανησυχώ για κίτρινα κόπρανα μετά από γαστρεντερίτιδα;

Καλησπέρα!πέρασα πριν λίγες μέρες γαστρεντερίτιδα,έκανα μια φορά εμετό και τρεις μέρες διάρροια η οποία τελείωσε εδώ και τρεις μέρες...Σήμερα πήγα στην τουαλέτα και έκανα την ανάγκη μου κανονικά χωρίς διάρροια αλλά το χρώμα ήταν κίτρινο ανοιχτό...θα πρέπει να ανησυχήσω? ευχαριστώ
