Καλησπέρα σας,είναι η πέμπτη μέρα σήμερα που έχω διάρροια.Χτες είχα έντονους πόνους στην κοιλιά.Πηγαίνω πάνω από 10 φορές την ημέρα τουαλέτα.Τι να κάνω?

Δυστυχώς θα πρέπει να σας δει γιατρός και να γίνουν και κάποιες εξετάσεις.
10 διάρροιες για 5η μέρα είναι πολλές.

Αν δεν το έχετε κάνει ήδη, περιορίστε το φαγητό σας σε τσάι και φρυγανιά μόνο και πίνετε άφθονο νερό. Μην εκτίθεστε στη ζέστη και αποφύγετε απότομες αλλαγές θερμοκρασίας (από κλιματιστικά). Εάν τα έχετε δοκιμάσει αυτά χωρίς αποτέλεσμα και ειδικά εάν έχετε και άλλα προβλήματα υγείας, ίσως θα ήταν σκόπιμο να επισκεφθείτε τμήμα επειγόντων νοσοκομείου (5 ημέρες είναι παραπάνω από όσο κρατά μια συνήθης γαστρεντερίτιδα).
